ORDER PROCESSING
Standard within Australia ~ For Metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days and for Rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days. 

Express within Australia ~ For Metro delivery, please allow 2-3 working days and for Rural delivery, please allow 3-5 working days.
 
Note: All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm AEST.

All orders placed before 11am (AEST) on these days will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 11am (AEST) will be dispatched the next working day.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

During sale periods, or within a few days of a collection launch, there may be slight delays in shipping.

We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.

RETURNS  
Items purchased from BUN MINI AND MUM are eligible for a credit note, exchange or refund (less delivery) within 14 days of purchase.

For credit notes, exchanges or refunds (less delivery) please email info@bunminiandmum.com within 14 days of purchase. 

The address to send your return will be provided once you have emailed BUN MINI AND MUM. 

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place.

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Sale items are final sale only and will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.

Faulty items
For faulty items please email info@bunminiandmum.com so that we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the garment. 

You will need to return the item with all tags in place. You will be compensated for postage on all faulty return circumstances. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
